Position: IT Project Manager Location: Remote Schedule: Full-Time, Graveyard Shift (Aligning with USA daytime hours)

Role Overview: We're seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee and coordinate our nationwide onsite IT projects. As the central point of contact for coast-to-coast IT initiatives, you'll manage a team of certified technicians, ensuring seamless execution of complex deployments and support services.



Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate large-scale nationwide IT rollouts and deployments
Oversee ongoing support for branch office locations across North America
Assign and coordinate A+, Network+, and CCNA certified technicians
Schedule and manage field resources across multiple locations
Ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) are met consistently
Coordinate logistics including technician travel and site access
Utilize and manage various MSP/ITSM tools and ticketing platforms
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams


Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience managing onsite IT projects on a national scale
In-depth understanding of IT infrastructure topology
Proven expertise in logistics coordination for technical projects
Proficiency with various ticketing and project management platforms
Outstanding communication skills with a strong client-facing ability
Excellent multitasking skills to juggle multiple technical projects simultaneously
Sharp problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
