KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
RECRUITMENT: Find, interview, and onboard talented Sales Representatives.
TRAINING: Develop and deliver sales training programs (virtual and in-person).
SUPERVISION: Manage and coach Sales Representatives to hit sales targets, ensuring team alignment with company goals.

REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in sales management is a plus.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of the dental industry or AI chatbot technology is an advantage.
