Customer Service Agent
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service agent to join our growing e-commerce company! Are you solution-oriented, communicative, and responsible? Do you have experience handling Shopify chargebacks, Klarna, and PayPal disputes? Then this role is perfect for you!
What will you do?
• Customer Service: Responding to customer inquiries via email in a professional and friendly manner.
• Problem Solving: Resolving customer issues, such as:
o Handling unavailable product variants.
o Managing incorrect addresses provided by customers.
• Disputes and Chargebacks:
o Managing and resolving Shopify chargebacks, Klarna disputes, and PayPal disputes.
o Gathering necessary documentation and evidence.
o Defending claims to minimize revenue loss.
• Data Management:
o Keeping detailed and organized records of customer emails and resolutions in data sheets.
o Regularly updating and maintaining accurate data for reporting and process improvements.
• Proactive Work: Identifying areas for improvement in customer service processes and taking the initiative to reach out to the manager.
What we offer:
• Working hours: Currently around 2 hours per day, with the potential for increased hours as our company grows.
• Salary: $3 per hour.

Who are you?
• You have 1+ years of customer service experience for dropshipping stores
• You have proven experience in handling Shopify chargebacks, Klarna disputes, and PayPal disputes.
• You are solution-oriented and think in possibilities.
• You have a strong sense of responsibility.
• You are communicative and fluent in English.
• You have a proactive attitude and take the initiative.

• Currently available for 2 hours per day, with the flexibility to increase hours as the company grows.
• Experience in customer service and dispute handling is required.
