OVERVIEW OF JOB

In this job, you will be managing our social media for platforms like Reddit, Instagram, and more. You will be curating posts, ensuring content is organized and optimized, and improving the systems to make the process more efficient.

You will also be working directly with the owners of the organization who will be training your personally.

Please note, Reddit experience is preferred, but not required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Social Media Management: Organize and schedule content.
- Team Communication: Effectively relay important client information to our team.
- System Optimization: Follow and improve our systems designed to maximize your earnings.

COMPENSATION:

- Base Salary: $2-$4 USD per hour.
- Bonuses: Additional bonuses for meeting targets.
- Additional compensation for amount of people you are able to effectively manage.
