### **Job Overview: Marketing / Lead Generation Expert**

**Overview:**
I’m looking for a Marketing and Lead Generation Expert who can take on tasks and projects to help drive growth, with compensation based on an hourly rate. Tasks will vary but will focus on creating, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns and lead generation strategies.

### **Skills Required:**

- **Exceptional English communication skills** (written and spoken).
- **Proven experience (4+ years)** in marketing, with a focus on lead generation, preferably in consumer goods, health and wellness, or related industries.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Expertise in creating and managing email marketing campaigns, including automation workflows.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Excel for tracking, analyzing, and reporting campaign performance.
- Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies to enhance organic lead generation.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box to develop innovative lead-generation strategies.

**Bonus Skills:**
- Experience with CRM management and optimization.
- UX/UI knowledge for landing page creation and optimization.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.

### **Responsibilities:**

- **Develop and execute lead-generation strategies** across multiple channels, including digital ads, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Collaborate closely with the owner to align strategies with business goals.
- Create and optimize landing pages, email workflows, and marketing funnels to capture and convert leads effectively.
- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and opportunities for growth.
- Manage paid ad campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram) to maximize ROI.
- Maintain CRM systems and ensure data integrity for lead tracking and nurturing.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
