This is a full-time, remote opportunity where you’ll collaborate directly with the founder, our PPC Specialist, Graphic Designer, Supply Assistant and Amazon Account Specialist. You’ll be an integral part of a supportive, passionate team that values creativity, responsibility, and continuous growth.

What does it involve?
As Brand Manager, you will be the driving force behind our brand’s online presence, shaping our identity, igniting growth, and fostering customer loyalty on Amazon. You will develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, manage our product portfolio, and maximize profits.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute brand strategies: Shape and communicate the brand’s identity to increase visibility and foster customer loyalty on Amazon.
- Optimize product listings and content: Collaborate with the Graphic Designer and Photographer to create visually appealing and SEO-optimized listings that reflect the Brand’s Identity.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis: Identify opportunities, trends, and gaps to position our products effectively in the marketplace.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics: Track key metrics (CTR, CVR, ranking, reviews) and implement data-driven strategies to maximize profits and improve visibility.
- Manage product portfolio: Ensure product launches and updates align with the brand’s objectives and meet business goals.
- Lead optimization strategies: Define pricing, execute split testing, and adjust campaigns to improve rankings and drive targeted traffic.
- Collaborate with the team: Work closely with the PPC Specialist, Supply Manager, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and optimize overall operations.
- Manage Amazon operations: Resolve listing issues, liaise with Amazon support, and protect the brand’s reputation.

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with expertise in Amazon Seller Central and a passion for crafting impactful brand experiences.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and key metrics (CTR, CVR, PPC).
- Proven ability to create and optimize aesthetically compelling product listings.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Adaptable, proactive, and solutions-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
- Highly organized and capable of managing tasks independently.
Exclusion Criteria:
Candidates lacking experience with Amazon Seller Central, the ability to work independently, strong communication skills, or fluent English won’t be considered.
Pay Rate
Your pay rate will reflect your results & past experience
Pay range = $10 - 13 /hr
