We are in search of a talented Marketing Associate to join our team, playing a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies. This position requires a dynamic individual to coordinate across teams, collaborate with project managers, and actively contribute to the creation and deployment of engaging content and visuals. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on managing marketing campaigns across various platforms, with a specific emphasis on YouTube channel management alongside broader social media responsibilities.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cross-Functional Coordination
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of marketing efforts.
• Work with project managers to understand project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Content Creation and Visuals
• Contribute to the development of compelling content and visuals aligned with the company's brand and marketing goals.
• Ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity across various marketing channels.
- Marketing Campaign Management
• Set up, execute, and optimise marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to increase brand visibility and drive engagement.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Social Media Management
• Oversee and manage the company's presence on social media platforms.
• Create and curate engaging content for social media channels to enhance brand awareness and community engagement.
- Engagement Monitoring and Analysis
• Monitor and analyse key performance metrics on social media platforms and YouTube.
• Provide regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
- Collaborative Initiatives
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and strategic planning meetings to enhance overall marketing effectiveness.
• Actively participate in collaborative initiatives aimed at optimising marketing processes and achieving
organisational goals.
- Market Research
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies.
• Utilise market research to inform marketing strategies and stay ahead of industry best practices.
- Budget Management
• Assist in managing marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum return on investment.
• Collaborate with finance and relevant stakeholders to track and report on budget utilisation.
- Reporting and Documentation
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of marketing initiatives, strategies, and performance metrics.
• Generate regular reports for leadership and stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Continuous Learning and Development

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Optional)
