Customer Service

We are currently looking for an experienced person in customer service for our dropshipping shop. It is super important that you have experience in the following things:

- Customer service via email
- Challenging and winning chargebacks
- Familiar within shopify
- Can work with large language models such as Chatgpt and deepl.com
- Good command of the English language
- Benefit: Proficient in the German language

We are looking for someone who is available daily for our customer service, it is important that you are available every day and can liaise closely with senior management.
