Job Description:
Our company specializes in building successful ecommerce brands across Amazon, Shopify, and Walmart.
Are you passionate about social media, community building, and creating engaging content? We’re looking for a motivated and self-driven Social Media & Community Engagement Specialist to join our team and help grow the presence of our multiple brands across
Location: Remote; Time Zone: Hours will be based on EST/PST time zone.

Responsibilities:
Facebook
- Build relationships with
- Actively post, engage, and moderate discussions in both our brands’
- Identify groups with potential for partnerships or acquisition to expand brand reach.
- Use brand accounts to answer questions and engage with users, leveraging tools like ChatGPT to craft quick, casual, and human responses.
Instagram Engagement:
- Monitor and respond to posts, questions, and comments for each brand on Instagram.
- Consistently engage with users to grow the audience and maintain high activity levels.
Content Creator Outreach:
- Research and reach out to niche content creators across industries to explore collaboration opportunities for each brand.
- Maintain a list of potential creators for ongoing influencer and UGC (user-generated content) campaigns.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure effective management of UGC and influencer content.
Content Creation:
- Post AI-generated visuals,
- Share blog posts created by our team to relevant social channels, ensuring alignment with each brand’s tone.
- Collaborate with tea
Community Engagement:
- Lead in responding to comments and questions for all brands, ensuring consistent and engaging interactions across platforms.
- Document every post URL and engagement to track workload and demonstrate impact.
Platform-Specific Tasks:
- Share links and post updates on
- Experiment with platform-specific strategies (e.g., Amazon posts or Pinterest) to identify opportunities for growth.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing social media accounts,
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
- Deep understanding of social media trends,
- Familiarity with using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to streamline content creation and responses.
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to balance multiple brands and prioritize tasks effectively.
Bonus: Experience managing UGC campaigns or working with influencers.
