Roles Objectives:

- Brand Stewardship: Ensure that all design outputs reflect and enhance the brand identity of the company across various touchpoints. Your designs should not only be visually appealing but also embody the core values and voice of the brand.
- User-Centered Design: Develop design solutions that focus on enhancing the user experience, particularly in the creation of funnels and web layouts that drive engagement and conversions. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and web teams to understand project goals and deliver cohesive design solutions. Your ability to bridge creative ideas with business objectives will be key in executing effective design strategies.
- Innovation & Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques, bringing fresh, innovative approaches to your projects. By integrating modern practices, your work will help keep the brand at the forefront of design excellence.
- Design Leadership: Guide and mentor junior designers, providing feedback and direction to help them grow their skills. You will also manage multiple design projects, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.


Requirements:

1. Experience with GHL is highly preferred.
2. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a digital marketing or web design environment.
3. Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, including branding, website layouts, product mockups, funnels, and other relevant design deliverables.
4. Proficiency in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with web design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD).
5. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
6. Experience in building and designing engaging and user-friendly funnels.
7. Familiarity with website design concepts, user experience (UX) design, and best practices.
8. Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and the ability to maintain consistency in design deliverables.
9. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
10. Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
11. Up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and industry advancements.
12. A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
