We’re a growing agency that helps businesses scale by connecting them with their ideal prospects. As part of our team, you'll play a critical role in driving our success by reaching out to potential clients and sparking meaningful conversations that lead to new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling: Reach out to potential clients via phone to introduce our services and qualify leads.
Lead Qualification: Identify decision-makers and assess their interest in our offerings.
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system.
Follow-ups: Persistently follow up with leads to nurture relationships and book meetings.
Script Optimization: Provide feedback on call scripts to improve effectiveness and engagement.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, and appointments booked.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication with a professional, engaging, and persuasive tone.
Sales Savvy: Proven ability to handle objections and turn rejections into opportunities.
Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and basic proficiency in using phone dialing software.
Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, stay motivated, and consistently deliver results in a remote environment.
Time Management: Effective at prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

Nice-to-Have Skills
Previous experience in B2B sales or lead generation.
Knowledge of outbound sales strategies and best practices.
Familiarity with cold outreach strategies across multiple industries.
