Tasks.
• Respond to Help Desk cases for application and desktop issues. (1 ~ 3 request per day)
o Add new Users / Modify users profiles. In some business applications (1:1 training provided)
o Send written advice to users who have desktop application issues, possibly screen share to get more details/guide.
o When applications are reported as down, escalate to Development team (if in house) or Vendor is SaaS (e.g. Autoplay)
• Test Software release for compliance with stated acceptance conditions in JIRA. (send back to Dev if not accepted, send queries to BA) (1:1 training provided)
• Conduct regression testing of Software products based on the provided script to verify that the release is Ok to deploy (few days per week; key activity)
• Perform other technology troubleshooting analysis as required. (not necessarily in code)
Hours of work
– preferably 6:00AM to 2:00 PM Philippines time
