Job Description: Lead Generation and Cold Outbound Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Generation and Cold Outbound Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate has advanced expertise in lead extraction, outreach infrastructure, and automation, with a strong emphasis on proficiency in Clay/Claygent. This role focuses on building efficient systems, setting up infrastructure, and automating outreach campaigns to scale effectively.
Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Outreach

- Extract and build high-quality lead lists using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other tools.
- Conduct targeted research to identify and qualify leads based on industry, role, and company needs.
- Create personalized, scalable outreach strategies through Clay/Claygent and other automation tools.

Cold Email Infrastructure

- Set up and manage cold email domains, ensuring optimized email deliverability through proper configurations.
- Monitor and troubleshoot deliverability issues to maintain the effectiveness of outreach campaigns.

Clay/Claygent Automation

- Design, implement, and optimize advanced automation workflows in Clay/Claygent to improve scalability and personalization.
- Utilize the full capabilities of Clay/Claygent for data enrichment, personalized dynamic content, and outreach sequencing.
- Continuously analyze and refine workflows to maximize efficiency and conversion rates.

Data Management & Reporting

- Maintain a well-organized database of leads, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Track key metrics and generate reports to assess outreach performance and highlight improvement opportunities.

Collaboration

- Partner with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals.
- Provide insights on campaign outcomes to inform future strategies.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience working with Clay/Claygent is mandatory (applications without this experience will not be considered).
- Expertise in lead generation tools such as Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong knowledge of cold email infrastructure, including domain setup, deliverability, and email platform management.
- Technical skills to create, manage, and optimize Clay/Claygent workflows.
- Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and optimizing outreach performance metrics.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Availability to work full-time, US Eastern Hours (no other jobs, clients, or freelance commitments).
