T-Shirt Designer

Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Compensation: $250 USD per month. Paid in two installments: $125 USD on the 1st of the month, $125 USD on the 15th

About Us:
We’re starting a print-on-demand shop and seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and reliable team member to help us design unique t-shirts and support our growing customer base. This role consists of approximately 70?sign work, 15% customer support, and 15% other administrative tasks. This may change as the business grows. This is a remote position with room for growth as the business expands.

Key Responsibilities:

Use Figma to create engaging, original t-shirt designs. Figma knowledge is required.
Prepare and attach designs to mockups for listing purposes.
Check and respond to customer service messages 5 days per week. All customer support is done via email.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as managing orders and updating listings.
Take on additional responsibilities as needed (paid training provided).

Requirements:

Proficiency in Figma (required).
Basic knowledge of Photoshop is a plus.
Familiarity with Etsy or similar e-commerce platforms (preferred).
Reliable computer and a high-speed internet connection.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Self-motivated and able to manage tasks independently.
Must use TimeProof to track hours.
