Responsibilities:

Ensure order changes are accurately updated in our system.
Refund Processing:
Handle refund requests in compliance with company policies.
Communicate refund status clearly and professionally to customers.
Conflict Resolution:
Resolve customer issues in a timely and empathetic manner.
Escalate unresolved matters to the appropriate department when necessary.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with the team to improve service processes.
Requirements:
Experience:
Previous customer service or virtual assistant experience preferred.
Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) is a plus.
Skills:
Excellent written communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
