Role Overview:
As a Brand Outreach and Email Communication Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing influencer communications and ensuring seamless interactions with brands. Your primary responsibility is to represent influencers professionally, handle outreach, and maintain meticulous data organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage incoming and outgoing influencer emails.
Craft and send professional, concise, and error-free email responses (without using ChatGPT-like replies).
Conduct brand outreach to secure collaborations for influencers.
Maintain and organize data related to communication and outreach.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:

Extreme attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Exceptional English proficiency with flawless grammar and professional communication skills.
Ability to handle high-volume email communication efficiently.
Experience in data management and familiarity with outreach processes.
Commitment to starting immediately and working full-time.
Reliable internet connection and a proactive work ethic during US hours.
