Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Social Media Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role is critical in managing our clients' social media accounts, increasing engagement, and supporting outreach efforts. The ideal candidate will be creative, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator, with a passion for social media trends and building genuine connections online.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Management:
>>Schedule and post content across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
>>Use tools like Canva or similar to assist with basic content creation when needed.
>>Maintain a consistent posting schedule for all clients.

Engagement & Community Building:
>>Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and tags within 24 hours.
>>Monitor and participate in relevant groups, forums, or discussions to grow brand presence.
Identify and interact with influencers or potential collaborators in each niche.

Social Media Outreach:
>>Execute direct outreach campaigns to connect with potential customers, partners, or leads.
>>Research and identify trends, hashtags, and engagement strategies tailored to each client’s goals.

Analytics & Reporting:
>>Track performance metrics (engagement rates, follower growth, etc.) and provide weekly updates.
>>Suggest improvements based on analytics and performance insights.


Qualifications:

>>Proven experience managing social media accounts (for businesses or personal branding).
Familiarity with popular social media platforms and their algorithms.

>>Strong written communication skills and ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
Basic graphic design skills using Canva or similar tools.

>>Knowledge of engagement strategies and trends in digital marketing.

>>Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks for various clients.

>>Experience with social media scheduling tools like GoHighLevel, Hootsuite, or similar is a plus.



Preferred Skills:

>>Experience with outreach campaigns and customer engagement.

>>Knowledge of social media SEO best practices.

>>Familiarity with tools like Trello, Slack, or project management software for team collaboration.
