Work Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (CST)
Work Days: Monday - Friday
Salary: $5 - $6 per hour (depending on experience)

We are a Physical Therapy Billing Services company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Virtual Assistant to join our team. Our mission is to ensure seamless billing and payment processes while fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Scope of Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will handle a variety of essential tasks, including:
•Insurance Verification and Authorization
•Claims Processing and Follow-Ups
•Tracking and Following Up on Payments
•Ensuring Timely Payment Clearance
•Coordinating with Healthcare Professionals
???Email or Text Management
•Billing Support

•Video: Webcam for virtual meetings.
•Workspace: Quiet, professional environment.

Additional Requirements
•Availability for video meetings throughout the shift.
•Must not be working with any other clients during required work hours.
