What You’ll Do:
Sell Solar: Make outbound sales calls, promote solar products, and close deals.
Train & Lead: Guide and train new sales consultants to achieve their best.
Send Quotes: Provide tailored solar quotes and assist customers through installation.
Customer Care: Follow up to ensure satisfaction and exceed sales targets.
Stay Organized: Document interactions in our CRM system and reschedule appointments when needed.

What We’re Looking For:
Solar Sales Experience: Previous experience in solar is a must!
Sales Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and call center experience preferred.
Bilingual Advantage: Strong English is required; additional languages are a plus.
Resilience: Energetic, proactive, and able to handle rejections positively.
