Job Description for Technology and Funnels Manager
Objective: To manage and optimize sales funnels using GoHighLevel, oversee AI sales bot integration on Instagram, and administer online course deliveries, enhancing the customer journey from initial contact to high-ticket program enrollment.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full lifecycle of sales funnels using GoHighLevel, ensuring seamless integration with CRM and membership components.
Configure and optimize AI sales bots on Instagram to promote a $5 lead magnet, facilitating entry into the GHL membership program and subsequent upselling.
Compare efficacy of GoHighLevel's AI bot with alternatives like ManyChat to determine the best tool for increasing sales.
Administer the LMS (GoHighLevel or Skool), ensuring that all course materials are accessible and well-organized.
Monitor funnel performance and make data-driven decisions to improve conversion rates.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align funnel strategies with broader marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
Experience in digital marketing with a focus on sales funnels and CRM systems, with GoHighLevel.
Proficient in managing AI sales tools, with a preference for experience in ManyChat.
Strong analytical skills to assess funnel performance and iterate on strategies.
