Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aimed at improving organic search rankings, increasing website traffic, and driving conversions.
Social Media Management: Manage and maintain company social media accounts on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
Content Creation: Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content tailored to each platform, aligning with our services and brand voice.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions, etc.) to inform strategic decisions and provide actionable recommendations.
Website Optimization: Optimise website content using WordPress to align with SEO and user experience best practices
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest SEO and social media trends, tools, and algorithms to keep our strategies current and effective
Audience Engagement: Engage with audiences across platforms, fostering a strong online community and brand presence.
Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate directly with the directors, taking the initiative to independently align marketing efforts with business goals while ensuring consistent branding and messaging.

Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in SEO and social media management, preferably within the accounting or professional services industry.
- Platform Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to manage LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram pages, including strategy development and analytics interpretation,
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with WordPress for content optimisation and plugin management
- HubSpot Knowledge: Familiarity with HubSpot for campaign management and analytics is a plus
- Analytics Skill: Strong ability to interpret performance data and provide strategic recommendations
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organisational Skills: Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail
- Industry Knowledge: Experience with business accounting services or related industries is a strong plus

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications: Certifications in SEO, HubSpot, or digital marketing
- Additional Platforms: Experience with additional social media platforms or digital marketing tools
- Paid Advertising: Understanding of paid advertising strategies on both Google Ads and social platforms.
