We are looking for a highly creative individual with the ability to bring bold, visually captivating concepts to life.

Responsibilities:

-Produce high-quality 3D animations for YouTube Shorts and longer-form videos.
-Design compelling, click-worthy thumbnails tailored to each video.
-Collaborate with the content team to align animations with script/storyboard.
-Ensure timely delivery of 3-5 videos weekly, adhering to deadlines.

Requirements:

-Proven experience in 3D animation and video production.
-Proficiency with animation software.
-Skills in graphic design for creating thumbnails (Photoshop, Canva, etc.).
-A strong portfolio showcasing your animation and thumbnail work.
-Ability to replicate the dynamic, engaging animation styles of the provided examples.
-Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

-Experience in YouTube content creation.
-Knowledge of current animation trends and audience engagement strategies.
