Job Description:
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Full Time Virtual Assistant to support the founder of JC Motors, an online seller of motorcycle gear. You will be managing the day-to-day administration and operations of the office and providing support and management.

Your position will also require Administrative Assistant skills in the area of Amazon Seller Central platform. If you are passionate about executive support and online selling, this is the right position for you. In the Administrative role, your primary duty will be to manage Amazon Seller Central and the supporting technology platforms. This is not intended to be a short-term position. We are looking for an individual who wants to grow with us for many years to come. If you are looking for a short-term position or plan on changing your career soon, please don’t apply.

Skills Needed:
• In-depth knowledge of managing all aspects of Amazon Seller Central. An expert with a minimum of 2 Years of experience.
• Clear and concise communicator who demonstrates effective messaging and project management.
• Deep knowledge of Amazon third-party tools that manage inventory, pricing and advertising.
• Business management mentality that fosters growth toward profitability and efficiency.
• Work ethic aligned with the daytime hours of 7 am-4 pm Pacific Standard Time.
• Dedication to our company on a Full-Time basis as your only source of income.

• Account Health Management
• Inventory Monitoring
• Listing Management
• Advertising Management
• New Product research
• Regularly analyze performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for
improvement
• Find and utilize new Amazon Seller Central tools and processes effectively to drive performance and success.
• Identify and resolve sales performance issues and accounting/finance issues
• Utilize tools to monitor category trends and item performance, recommending
improvements.

General Task List:
• Expense / Invoice gathering and archiving
• Other administrative tasks as determined necessary in support of the company founder.
