With a dynamic presence across multiple platforms—Shopify, Amazon FBA, and TikTok Shop—we're dedicated to delivering high-quality products to our customers. Our operations involve sourcing materials overseas, manufacturing both in-house and with third-party partners, and shipping directly to consumers. We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to streamline and oversee our complex supply chain and operational workflows.

Position Summary
The Operations Manager will oversee all aspects of eCommerce operations, including inventory forecasting, supply chain management, and platform reporting. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adept at managing international logistics, warehouse production, and platform-specific reporting metrics. The ideal candidate will ensure our operations run smoothly, align with marketing goals, and drive profitability across platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Supply Chain Management
Manage international supply chain logistics, including the sourcing of bottles, caps, and other raw materials from overseas suppliers.
Oversee inventory tracking and ensure accurate records for materials and finished goods.
Forecast inventory needs across Amazon FBA, TikTok Shop, and Shopify, considering demand, seasonality, and sales trends.
Coordinate shipments from overseas suppliers to our warehouse and third-party manufacturers, ensuring timely delivery.
Monitor and improve inventory turnover rates while minimizing stockouts or overstock.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders, and production partners.
Warehouse Operations & Third-Party Manufacturing
Oversee in-house production schedules and ensure resource availability for smooth manufacturing.
Collaborate with third-party manufacturers to delegate production tasks and ensure quality standards.
Monitor warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, assembly, and shipping activities.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices within the warehouse.
Platform-Specific Forecasting & Reporting
Generate weekly profitability reports for Amazon FBA and TikTok Shop, detailing profit margins and key metrics.
Provide detailed sales and profit reports for Shopify, ensuring visibility into eCommerce performance.
Track and analyze operational performance across platforms to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Collaboration with Marketing Teams
Work closely with marketing teams to align inventory forecasts with campaign schedules and promotional events.
Communicate stock levels and availability to support product launches and marketing initiatives.
Ensure cross-departmental alignment on goals and timelines, especially for product launches.
Operational Optimization
Identify and implement process improvements across supply chain, warehouse, and production workflows.
Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operational tasks.
Implement tools and systems to enhance inventory management, forecasting, and operational efficiency.
Conduct regular audits of inventory and operations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Leadership & Team Coordination
Lead and mentor operational team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Coordinate with customer service and fulfillment teams to resolve operational issues promptly.
Act as the primary point of contact for operational concerns related to supply chain, inventory, and production.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in eCommerce operations, supply chain management, or a similar role.
Proven experience managing international supply chains and working with overseas suppliers.
Expertise in inventory forecasting and reporting for multiple eCommerce platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
Experience with Amazon FBA, TikTok Shop, and Shopify platforms.
Knowledge of warehouse operations, production workflows, and third-party manufacturing processes.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proficiency in tools such as Excel, inventory management software, and project management platforms (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a direct-to-consumer (DTC) eCommerce brand.
Familiarity with freight forwarding and customs regulations for international shipments.
Knowledge of marketing workflows and their impact on inventory planning.
Certification in Supply Chain Management or Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
