Marketing Virtual Assistant (Overnight Shift)

About the Role:
We’re hiring a Marketing Virtual Assistant for our client, Remote LABS, a fully remote company that supports business growth through creative and efficient solutions.

Position Details:

Role: Marketing Virtual Assistant (Freelance)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PST (1:00 AM - 10:00 AM PHT)
Location: Remote
Contract: Freelance
Key Responsibilities:

Create and schedule social media posts
Assist with email marketing and campaign materials
Design graphics and presentations (experience with Canva or similar tools is a bonus)
Manage tasks in HubSpot CRM (training provided)
Conduct market research and support campaign analysis
What You Need to Succeed:

Experience in marketing or related roles
Strong skills in social media, email marketing, and basic graphic design
Organized, proactive, and a great communicator
Comfortable working in an all-day Zoom environment with the team
Basic knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot experience is a plus)
