Position: Reddit Content Manager and Post Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual from the Philippines to join our team as a Reddit Content Manager. Our company operates within the adult entertainment industry. While this doesn’t involve direct exposure to explicit content, applicants must be at least 18 years old and comfortable working in an environment that features imagery of attractive female models.

If you're motivated in managing Reddit accounts, using Adspower (proxy manager), and posting daily pre prepared posts and captions in the communities we tell you, this is the role for you.

You need to be eager and willing to learn; if you have the right mindset, we’ll guide you through everything step by step via our agency program and personal calls. The work itself isn’t difficult, but it does require dedication and time.

Job Responsibilities:

Reddit Expertise: Familiarity with Reddit’s rules and community engagement practices is a plus. Don’t worry, we’ll guide you on everything you need to know!
Content Posting: Post pre-prepared pieces of content and captions daily per account in targeted subreddits. Our efficient system makes it easy to follow.
Account Management: Operate two Reddit accounts using Adspower, focusing on streamlined posting with copy-paste captions and pre-prepared materials. We will also guide you through that.
Marketing Awareness: Basic marketing knowledge is helpful but not mandatory. (Codeword: Bliss Bliss)
Screen Sharing: Be available to share your screen via Discord during working hours for seamless monitoring and collaboration.

Job Requirements:
- A reliable PC with the ability to handle multiple open tabs.
- Stable and fast internet connection to ensure smooth workflow and screen sharing on Discord.
- Familiarity with Adspower or similar proxy management tools, helps otherwise we explain it to you.
- Proven experience with Reddit operations and content posting.
- Willingness to learn and follow video + writing instructions as directed, ensuring alignment with team strategies.
- Willingness to make a video call to get to know each other.

This is a long-term position. When following our instructions, even at a moderate pace, a typical workday will require approximately 5.5 hours due to posting limitations designed to avoid account bans.

We require this work to be performed 7 days a week, amounting to approximately 38.5 hours per week. Payment will be made weekly, equating to one-fourth of the agreed monthly salary.
