Financial Operations Specialist - Pet Supplement Industry

We're a growing pet supplement manufacturer specializing in plasma-based supplements for pets across the United States. Our products help improve the lives of pets nationwide through our multiple sales channels including Amazon, Chewy, Shopify, and Walmart or other.

What We Need:
We're looking for a detail-oriented individual to handle two key financial responsibilities:
Primary Tasks

Daily PayPal Transaction Coding:
Code daily PayPal transactions in QuickBooks Online
Maintain consistent and accurate transaction records
This task is straightforward but requires attention to detail and dedication


Monthly COGS Tracking and Reporting:
Create and maintain a clear, efficient system for tracking COGS across all sales channels (Chewy, Amazon, Shopify, Walmart)
Generate accurate monthly COGS reports
Manage data for our compact product line (under 12 main SKUs)
Implement a streamlined process that minimizes complexity and maximizes accuracy

You have experience with:
QuickBooks Online
Google Sheets or similar reporting tools
Multi-channel ecommerce reporting

You're comfortable working independently while maintaining high standards
Experience with pet products or love for animals is a plus (but not required)
