We are a dynamic fitness agency that helps coaches scale their businesses, working with high-profile clients who boast millions of followers. We're on the lookout for a talented and efficient Video Editor who can create high-quality, engaging Reels and TikTok videos for our agency

Position: Video Editor (Reels/TikTok) Location: Remote
Compensation: Paid Per video
What We're Looking For:


Fast Turnaround: We need someone who can handle big batch editing, often 30-40 videos at a time, with a quick turnaround time of 5-10 days
High-Quality Editing: You must have a strong understanding of video editing, capable of producing polished, professional content within a short timeframe.
Understanding of Trends: Knowledge of current trends on social media platforms (Reels, TikTok) and the ability to incorporate these trends into the videos.
Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with our team and communicate clearly to ensure content meets our standards.
Fitness Knowledge: While not a must, an understanding of fitness and health content will be a huge plus!


What You’ll Be Doing:
Editing short-form videos (45-60 seconds long) for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
Working with big video batches on a weekly or monthly basis.
Adapting your editing style for different clients, as this is an agency setting, and each client has unique preferences.
Delivering videos with a fast turnaround time, adhering to deadlines and ensuring high standards.

Requirements:
Proven experience in editing Reels, TikTok, or similar short-form video content.
High proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).
Strong attention to detail and creative flair.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
