We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Property Management Administrator to join our client, a real estate investment and property management firm based in New York. This is for a full-time, project-based role with a two month contract (extension will depend on performance).
Responsibilities:
- Conduct precise data entry and maintain records related to property management activities.
- Use Yardi software to manage and refresh property, tenant, and other key information.
- Aid in lease administration, address tenant inquiries, and handle maintenance requests.
- Generate reports, monitor records, and manage documentation as necessary.
- Provide administrative support to property management staff to facilitate smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual: Fluency in both Spanish and English is required for effective client communication and document handling.
- Must have experience in property management administration, specifically for U.S.-based property management companies.
- Strong experience with Yardi software and data entry, with a high level of accuracy in data management and reporting.
- Keen attention to detail, with a strong ability to identify and correct errors in property records, financial data, and lease terms.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple properties, tasks, and timelines effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact professionally with tenants, vendors, and tea
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with property-related regulations and best practices.
- Must be willing to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours to align with team and client needs.
- Willing to work on a contractual basis (3 months) / extension will be determined based on performance.
