Virtual Assistant for Amazon Management Company



Introduction:
We are seeking a qualified and dedicated long-term Virtual Assistant to support our operations at our Amazon management company. This is an exciting opportunity to work remotely and contribute to the growth and success of multiple Amazon stores.

Key Responsibilities:
- Shipping Formats & Orders:
Create .csv shipping formats for FBM (Fulfilled By Merchant) orders across multiple Amazon stores using in-house tools. Training will be provided to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

- Tracking Updates:
Update tracking information for FBM orders across all our Amazon stores. Full training will be offered to familiarize you with our processes.

- Customer Service:
Manage Amazon Seller Central messages and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for our buyers.

- Data Entry & Metrics:
Perform manual data entry on Google Sheets to track Amazon Seller Account metrics. Training will be provided to guide you through our reporting systems.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Google Sheets Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, including formulas, data organization, and formatting.
Amazon Seller Central Knowledge: Experience with Amazon Seller Central, including order management and customer communications.

- Communication Tools: Proficient in using Discord for team communication and collaboration.

- File Management: Strong ability to convert files to .CSV format and format .PDFs for various operational needs.

- Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately with a focus on detail and efficiency.



Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in Amazon seller operations

- Experience with additional tools like Google Drive and Google Sheets
