Job Summary:
We are seeking an Account Manager with a strong expertise in Ads Management to join our team. In this role, you will manage client accounts, build and maintain relationships, and oversee the strategy, creation, and optimization of ad campaigns. This position requires a mix of client relationship management and technical skills, with a focus on driving measurable results through paid media strategies.
Key Responsibilities:1. Account Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Build and nurture strong client relationships by understanding their goals, challenges, and industry trends.
Conduct regular client check-ins to review performance metrics, discuss strategies, and gather feedback.
Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met on schedule.
2. Ads Management
Create and manage high-performing ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads,
Conduct audience research and segmentation to target the right demographics effectively.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying optimization opportunities to maximize ROI.
Develop compelling ad copy and creative briefs, collaborating with the creative team to ensure alignment with client goals.
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising.
3. Strategic Planning and Reporting
Develop and present ad strategies and performance reports to clients, demonstrating clear ROI and campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with internal teams to align ads with broader marketing strategies.
Continuously refine campaigns based on client feedback and performance data.
4. Collaboration and Coordination
Work closely with the design and copywriting teams to produce engaging ad creatives that resonate with target audiences.
Partner with the Chief Marketing Officer to align ad strategies with overall client marketing objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in account management and digital advertising.
Strong expertise in ads management across platforms like Google,
Proficient in ad management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Ads Manager,
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and collaborate with teams.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of SEO and organic strategies is a plus.
