We are seeking an expert bookkeeper/accountant with general administrative skills for a full-time position, working from 9-5 EST (PST also acceptable).
Responsibilities include managing the books for our Mobile Home Parks, requiring expertise in QuickBooks. Other duties include:
- Paying bills
- Tracking rents
- Preparing and filing notices for on-site managers
- General administrative tasks as assigned
Training will be provided for all administrative duties.
Requirements:
- Reliable and stable internet connection
- Reliable computer
- Proficiency in using Slack and
- Strong spoken and written English
