As our Social Media Manager, you will take the lead in developing and executing content strategies across multiple social media platforms, including
Key Responsibilities:
-Content Creation & Video Editing: Produce creative, high-quality videos and visuals for each platform that resonate with our audience.
-Scheduling & Posting: Manage and schedule daily content across multiple platforms using social media management tools, ensuring consistent posting and optimal timing for audience reach.
-Growth Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to grow follower bases and engagement across all platforms, leveraging organic growth techniques, trends, and data-driven insights.
-Community Engagement: Monitor, respond to, and engage with the community across all social channels. Build meaningful relationships and foster brand loyalty.
-Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics, analyze content performance, and provide insights to continuously improve content strategies.
-Trendspotting: Stay ahead of social media trends, especially in video content and platform-specific formats, and incorporate new tactics into the content strategy.
Skills & Experience:
-Proven Expertise in Video Creation & Editing: Strong skills in creating, editing, and optimizing videos for various social platforms (Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
-Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of how to leverage FB, IG, Threads, LI, YT, X, and TT for brand growth, engagement, and community building.
-Content Scheduling Tools: Experience with social media management platforms (like Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, or similar) to schedule and analyze content.
-Creative Thinking: Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop content that drives traffic and engagement.
-Analytical Mindset: Familiarity with social media analytics tools to track performance, understand trends, and optimize strategies.
-Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and an understanding of platform-specific content tone and style.
