This flexible role involves editing and creating content across multiple platforms, including social media, YouTube, and websites, with allocated hours monthly based on project needs. The work will vary across personal branding, professional branding, and content for various ventures led by our founder.

Job Description:
As an On-Call Video Editor & Content Creator, you will:

Edit and produce high-quality video content tailored to platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and websites.
Work on content for personal branding (boxing journey, motivational content) and professional ventures (business updates, company promotions).
Create trendy reels with advanced editing techniques, including transitions, animations, and effects that grab attention.
Showcase creativity and adaptability, tailoring videos to match specific audiences and goals.
Stay current with the latest trends in video editing and social media to ensure content is always engaging and relevant.
Deliver projects within specified timelines during your allocated hours.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in video editing and content creation with advanced editing skills.
A portfolio showcasing a variety of video styles, including sports content, motivational reels, and trendy social media content, is highly preferred.
Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar editing software.
Strong ability to create engaging short-form content, especially reels and highlight videos.
Understanding of storytelling, pacing, and editing styles for different platforms.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work on-call with flexibility.
A passion for creativity and a commitment to producing top-tier work.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on variety and challenge, with the ability to seamlessly blend personal and professional narratives into visually compelling content. Experience in sports editing, motivational storytelling, and advanced reel editing is a major plus.
