Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to assist with Amazon product research, data entry, and basic order and invoice management. The ideal candidate will have experience with Amazon Seller Central, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct basic Amazon product research using tools like Keepa or the like to identify profitable products.
- Manage Amazon Seller Central tasks such as creating FBA shipments, responding to customer service messages, and monitoring account health.
- Use Microsoft Excel to create basic tables, reports, and utilize formulas like VLOOKUP for data analysis.
- Perform accurate data entry of large amounts of information.
- Assist with order and invoice entry using accounting software.

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage, or other accounting software.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Keepa, and repricing tools.

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
