Looking for an Inside Sales Agent! (B2B)

We are a dynamic real estate investment company specializing in buying and selling single-family homes directly from homeowners and through brokers. We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Agent to join our team and help us connect with brokers, agents, and other real estate professionals looking to collaborate with us.

The Inside Sales Agent will play a crucial role in our B2B sales operations, combining sales functions with virtual assistant, customer service, appointment setting, and data entry duties. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple responsibilities and communicate effectively with real estate professionals and team members.

Responsibilities:

-Handle inbound and outbound calls, including follow-ups through calls, texts, emails, and voice messages.
-Conduct cold calls to brokers, agents, and other real estate professionals for lead generation.
-Schedule and manage appointments with real estate professionals.
-Send offers and proposals to brokers and agents for MLS and pending properties.
-Update and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs).
-Manage and update contact lists.
-Process mailing orders efficiently.
-Make offers on MLS listings.

Qualifications:

-Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar sales role or field.
-Fluent in spoken and written English.
-Minimal non-American accent to ensure clear communication with real estate professionals.
-Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for managing notes, records, and CRM data accurately.
-A kind, empathetic, and customer-focused approach to interactions.

This is a full-time role (40 hours). Working hours are from Monday to Friday 8am-5pm Pacific.
