Permanent Full-Time Position Available

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm (AEST)
Pay Rate: $7 AUD/hour + $7 AUD commission per positive Google review

Requirements:
1. 2+ years of experience in dispute resolution or customer service
2. Minimum of 2 years in cold calling or a similar role
3. Proven ability to handle customer queries and resolve them effectively over the phone
4. Experience with e-commerce customers or similar settings
5. Preferably familiar with Australian accounts/companies (optional)
6. A soft-spoken, persuasive voice that puts customers at ease


Job Responsibilities:

- Make 50+ calls daily to address customer concerns about product delivery and quality
- Call customers to obtain positive reviews or amend negative reviews (earn $7 AUD per review)
- Communicate with customers to resolve queries professionally
- Report to the manager daily with updates on progress
- Collaborate with a professional Filipino team

Training:

2 hours initial training and 1-day trial (8 hours, unpaid)
Start immediately after training (starting week of November 26, 2024)
