Job Description:
We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant and Client Success Manager specialist who wants to work full-time and help grow our company while making sure clients gain an excellent experience by working with our team. Your main goal is to help us make sure projects are succeed.

Your responsibilities are:
- Prepare Weekly / Monthly reports for clients
- Communicate with clients daily
- Set up contracts and invoices for clients
- Help clients get onboard
- Make sure deadlines are met
- Manage Google Drive for project Assets.
- Calendar management, scheduling calls and in-person meetings with clients and other team members.
- Organize and keep emails, phone calls or other communication ways executed.
- Produce, format and proof word processing documents such as client proposals, reports and project briefs
- Update clients about project statuses and milestones.
- Collect client feedback and ensure it is properly communicated with design/dev teams.
- Handle any customer complaints or problems and escalate as needed
- Ensure that landing pages pass through a quality checklist before going live.
- Enter and organize information about projects, customers, and KPIs.
- Report periodically on project progress, client satisfaction and other metrics.
- Help with promotional materials and social network account upkeep.
- Automate different workflows and processes inside the business.

Job Requirements:
- Experience working with big agencies
- Knowledge of basic tech, team management, automation, organization, etc.
- Good communication skills + fluent English
- 6+ hours per day + CET time zone
- Attention to details
- High-Level experience with Make.com and Airtable
