Key Responsibilities:
As a Revenue Cycle Management Project Manager, you will:
Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of healthcare virtual assistants, including roles such as Data Entry Specialists, Patient Service Coordinators, Customer Service Representatives, and Administrative Staff.
Cultivate a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages respect, inclusivity, and professional development.
Provide continuous coaching, mentorship, and performance evaluations to empower tea
Collaborate with department managers and senior leadership to align patient care services with organizational goals and enhance operational efficiency.
Ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations, quality standards, and company policies to maintain the highest standards of care.
Lead the team in achieving and exceeding company expectations while fostering innovation and forward-thinking strategies.
Monitor team progress, set achievable deadlines, and ensure timely resolution of any issues.
Proactively develop new ideas, improve processes, and evaluate team performance for ongoing success.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing teams and delivering results.
Experience in billing and revenue cycle management is highly desirable.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of inspiring and motivating diverse tea
In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, patient-centered care, and quality improvement initiatives.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
