We are a Canadian residential property management company currently managing 150-200 homes in and around the Greater Toronto Area. We are a small professional team that have been operating successfully for 8 years. We're looking for a virtual assistant to handle maintenance calls and contractor scheduling/task management.
The job is part time 20 hours a week to start, duties involve:
Receiving maintenance calls by phone and through our task management software.
Troubleshooting maintenance issues via
Arranging quotes from contractors and sourcing new contractors when needed.
Coordinating repairs with contractors and tenants.
Logging workflow progress through our online software.
Daily coordination with our office administrator.
Client followup both tenants and property owners.
Hours are somewhat flexible.
