Job Title: Google & Meta Ads Specialist (Remote)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Ads Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing and optimizing campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google PPC, and LinkedIn Ads. This role requires a strategic thinker who can create, implement, and analyze high-performing ad campaigns to achieve client goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google PPC, and LinkedIn
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies
• Create compelling ad copy and visuals tailored to each platform’s specifications and audience
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize ROI
• Provide regular performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with the team to align ad strategies with broader marketing objectives
• Stay updated on the latest advertising trends, tools, and platform changes

Qualifications:
• Proven experience managing successful Meta Ads and Google PPC campaigns (LinkedIn Ads experience is a plus)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly
• Proficiency with advertising platforms, tools, and analytics (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
• Excellent copywriting and creative skills for ad creation
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Experience working in a remote environment is preferred

Compensation:
Pay is negotiable based on experience.
