JOB OVERVIEW

Position: Digital Advertising Expert- Contractor position.
Location: Remote (Must be available during US Business Hours, 9 AM–5 PM EST)
Type: Part time- starting at 5-10 hours per week with occasional weeks requiring 15-20 hours.

About Stitchcraft Marketing
We are a full service niche marketing agency dedicated to delivering exceptional results for our clients in the soft crafts industry (fiber and fabric companies such as quilt shops or yarn companies). We are looking for a highly responsive Digital Advertising Expert to join us in executing impactful campaigns that drive ROI and exceed client expectations. This position will report to a director of client services who will be client-facing. Currently, we have about 6 clients running ad campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Display Ads, Google Ads, Geofencing, and Programmatic Advertising.
- Monitor campaign performance and implement timely, data-driven optimizations to maximize ROI.
- Provide strategic recommendations and justify campaign strategies to Stitchcraft Accounts director in a clear and professional manner.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure proper link tracking is in place to effectively measure ad results.
- Prepare monthly reports showing ad copy and performance metrics, including the impact of optimizations made
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising.
- Craft compelling and effective (NOT AI created) ad copy tailored to various audiences.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing and optimizing digital ads on Meta, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, Google, as well as Geofencing, and Programmatic Advertising. Bonus if you have experience with Agility and Ground Truth.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret performance data in advertising platforms and Google Analytics to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with command of the English language.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
- Responsive and attentive to campaigns with the ability to pivot quickly when campaigns are not performing to expectations.
- Available to work during US business hours (9 AM–5 PM EST).
