Job Title: Digital Marketing Assistant
Job Description:
We are looking for a versatile and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist/Assistant to help manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, client accounts, and reporting. This role is ideal for someone who can effectively analyze campaign performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to website and data integration projects. Candidates with a background or interest in IT and technical troubleshooting are highly preferred, as these skills can enhance our team’s efficiency in managing client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ads Campaign Management & Optimization
- Monitor Google and Meta ad campaigns to ensure they meet performance goals and align with strategic objectives.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns based on data analysis and industry trends.
2. Client Reporting & Analytics
- Compile, analyze, and deliver performance reports, highlighting key metrics and actionable insights.
- Maintain data accuracy by setting up and troubleshooting tracking solutions in analytics platforms as needed.
3. Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Respond to client inquiries related to campaign performance, website functionality, and analytics.
- Address and resolve technical issues affecting digital campaigns or client accounts to ensure seamless operation.
4. Website Optimization & Data Integration
- Assist in website optimization efforts to improve user experience, speed, and SEO.
- Help implement and manage integrations between websites, apps, and CRM systems to streamline tracking and automation.
5. Project Management & Client Collaboration
- Support client proposal development, strategic documentation, and presentations.
- Organize project timelines and ensure that deliverables are met on schedule.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Marketing or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically with Google and Meta Ads.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data reporting.
• Familiarity with website builders (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) and CRM platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
• Background or experience in IT or technical troubleshooting is a plus.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or basic coding to support website-related troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with analytics and data visualization tools.
