Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and adaptable Website Designer & Developer with extensive experience in web design, development, and creating high-converting landing pages. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our website, focusing on user experience, visual appeal, and functionality. Strong proficiency with Elementor, WordPress, and SEO is required, alongside a commitment to transparency, flexibility, honesty, accountability, and meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
? Enhance Website Design: Improve, expand, and refine the current website design to align with our brand and user experience goals.
? Feature Development: Develop and implement new website features and functionalities, ensuring seamless and intuitive navigation.
? Landing Page Creation: Design and create engaging, high-conversion landing pages to support marketing campaigns and lead generation.
? Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to understand project objectives, timelines, and adapt to evolving requirements.
? Elementor Expertise: Utilize Elementor to design responsive, visually appealing, and interactive web pages and landing pages.
? Testing & Optimization: Conduct regular testing, troubleshooting, and optimization for website speed, accessibility, and scalability.
? Compliance: Ensure website compliance with SEO, web accessibility, and security standards.
? Project Management: Provide clear time estimates for tasks and maintain transparency in project updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
? 3+ years of experience in website design and development, with a strong portfolio of landing pages.
? Proficiency in WordPress and Elementor.
? Solid understanding of front-end languages, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
? Experience designing for responsiveness and mobile-first applications.
? Knowledge of SEO best practices, web accessibility, and landing page optimization.
? Ability to manage deadlines, work independently, and communicate proactively during PST hours.
? Flexible, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
? Honest and clear communicator with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:
? Experience in the insurance or finance sectors.
? Familiarity with back-end development.
? Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and experience with design tools like Adobe XD or Figma.
? Eye for detail and creative ideas based on the website trends.
