Role Overview:
The LinkedIn Ads/Sales Navigator Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing LinkedIn ad campaigns while leveraging Sales Navigator to build relationships and generate high-quality leads. This role is perfect for a results-driven individual passionate about driving B2B lead generation and brand growth through LinkedIn’s tools and platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
LinkedIn Ads Management: Design, launch, and optimize LinkedIn ad campaigns to attract high-ticket B2B leads.
Sales Navigator Prospecting: Utilize Sales Navigator to identify, engage, and nurture key decision-makers.
Campaign Strategy: Develop targeted campaigns tailored to our high-end service offerings and business goals.
Lead Generation: Implement effective outreach strategies, using personalized messaging to build strong connections.
Performance Tracking: Analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize ROI.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on strategy and messaging, ensuring campaigns support overall lead generation goals.
CRM Management: Keep detailed records of prospects and leads in the CRM (HubSpot, GoHighLevel), ensuring accurate tracking of all sales activities.
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing LinkedIn Ads and using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation.
Strong understanding of B2B marketing, sales funnels, and paid social advertising strategies.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with high-level executives.
Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, GoHighLevel) for pipeline management.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into meaningful results.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
