Acre Expert LLC, a real estate company based in Florida, is seeking a motivated full time Qualification Agent to join our dynamic team! If you’re enthusiastic about real estate and love the idea of connecting with people, this is a great opportunity for you. With the potential to grow into a full-time role, we want someone who's ready to help us generate leads and identify exciting land and commercial building opportunities across Florida.

Position: Full-time Qualification Agents

What You'll Do:

- Identify and qualify potential land or commercial building acquisition opportunities.
- Conduct cold calls and SMS outreach to property owners, introducing Acre Expert LLC and gauging their interest.
- Collect key property information and qualify leads for our Acquisition Department.
- Schedule appointments for qualified leads with the Acquisition team.

Hours of Operation:

Full-time: Monday to Friday (Weekends optional)
- First Shift: 9 AM - 2 PM
- Second Shift: 2 PM - 6 PM (Eastern Time)
(1 PM - 2 PM is an unpaid break)
-Opportunities for future transition to full-time!
- Overtime and weekend shifts are optional and will be compensated based on mutual agreement.

What We’re Looking For:

- Fluency in English (native-level proficiency) for emails, SMS, and phone conversations.
- A strong internet connection and a quiet work environment.
- Access to a computer, headphones, and noise-canceling microphone.
- At least 1 years of experience in cold calling, or similar roles.

What We Offer:

- Remote work flexibility.
- Hubstaff for tracking work hours and clock-in/out activities.
- Bi-weekly payments via Wise:
Payment cycles: 1st-15th and 16th-30th, disbursed the following Monday.
- Compensation: $4 per hour plus a bonus of up to $50 for each successfully closed and funded transaction.
