Discord/Telegram Mod

We’re a growing company in the Web3 space, looking for a friendly and reliable mod to keep our Discord and Telegram communities fun, safe, and active!

What You’ll Do:
- Make sure everyone follows the rules.
- Promptly deal with any scams, spam, and bad behavior.
- Keep the community informed and answer any questions based on announcements and FAQs.
- Initiate talks about topics related to the projects.
- Chat with the community members, and keep conversations going.
- Resolve tickets quickly, in a friendly and professional manner.
- Run fun events like contests, giveaways, Gartic Games, Rumble Royal, quizzes, etc.
- Make daily reports to the team about community sentiment.
- Help set up, manage, and review quests on platforms like Zealy, Galxe, Qappi, Intract, etc.

What We’re Looking For:
- B2+ level of English.
- 2+ years of experience at the job.
- Worked on 10+ projects.
- Experience with moderating servers of 10,000+ members.
- Experience handling 4+ projects at the same time.
- Experience working on both Discord and Telegram.
- Proficiency with bots like MEE6, Dyno, Engage, DRIP, Rose, etc.
- Be friendly, approachable, and good at communicating.
- Interest in all things Web3.
