This is a rare opportunity for a self-motivated leader who excels in managing people, systems, and processes, and who is eager to grow into a key leadership position.

The Opportunity:
In this role, you’ll start by mastering office management tasks while taking charge of customer service, marketing oversight, and stock control. With your dedication and skills, you’ll transition into the Operations Manager role, implementing systems and processes that drive growth and efficiency.

What You’ll Do:

Customer Service Leadership
Oversee customer support across email, social media (Facebook, Instagram, and Shopify), and other communication channels.
Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every client interaction reflects our values of integrity, transparency, and kindness.
Manage wholesale and retail customer queries, onboarding new clients, and providing solutions for order issues.
Coordinate with logistics providers to maintain accurate stock and order processing.

Marketing Oversight
Supervise the marketing team, ensuring the execution of social media strategies, content creation, and campaign coordination.
Manage community engagement by responding to comments, fostering relationships, and coordinating with influencers and ambassadors.
Track marketing performance metrics, including social media analytics, ambassador commissions, and campaign outcomes.
Collaborate with the creative team to plan and execute promotional activities, events, and product launches.

Stock & Inventory Management
Liaise with suppliers, logistics providers, and warehouses to maintain accurate stock levels in Shopify.
Monitor inventory thresholds, reorder supplies, and track shipments to ensure business continuity.
Maintain detailed stock tracking systems and report weekly updates.
Ensure proper documentation of stock manifests, packing slips, and logistics records.

Operations Management
Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for customer service, stock management, and marketing workflows.
Identify inefficiencies and lead process improvement initiatives, leveraging (or training in) Six Sigma methodologies.
Utilize automation tools to streamline operations and reduce manual workloads.
Prepare for the transition to Operations Manager by taking ownership of team leadership, project coordination, and budget oversight.

Team Leadership & Development
Hire, train, and mentor team members, ensuring their alignment with company values and objectives.
Foster a collaborative, growth-oriented team culture that emphasizes accountability and continuous improvement.
Delegate tasks effectively and manage workflows to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.

General Administration
Oversee the organization of emails, inquiries, and content creation pipelines.
Conduct regular health checks on e-commerce platforms, ensuring smooth functionality and user experience.
Update and maintain operational tools, including content calendars, order processing systems, and marketing schedules.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in office or operations management, customer service, or marketing coordination.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on cost control and operational efficiency.
Proficiency with Shopify, social media tools (e.g., Planoly), and automation platforms (e.g., Manychat or Clavio).
A background in e-commerce and inventory management is highly preferred.
Willingness to undergo Six Sigma training and apply it to streamline processes.
A growth-oriented mindset, with the humility to learn and the drive to lead.
Exceptional communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional client and team experiences.
