We are an ecommerce company selling in the US, Canada and Europe. We are looking for an AMAZING person to fill our diverse role and look after all things to do with Amazon Marketing: From listing copywriting to managing the production of listing imagery, PPC and more. The ideal candidate is someone who can make an immediate impact on our ability to launch more products by creating great content and managing the listings.
Key Responsibilities
-Assist with the day-to-day operations of the Amazon FBA business, including inventory management, order processing, and customer service.
- Analyze data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations to improve online sales.
- Work closely to understand business needs and goals and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Monitor and analyze competitor activity and make recommendations to improve online presence.
- FBA/KW Ranking Tracking/Logistics.
- Customer Service.
- Tracking Shipments.
- Manage PPC Campaigns.
- Social Media Outreach.
- Other miscellaneous virtual tasks.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience managing Amazon Seller account
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions confidently.
- Experience using Google Sheets or other spreadsheet software.
- Desire to commit to a long-term role and grow with the business.
