We are seeking for qualified individuals for the following positions:

1). V I R T U A L A S S I S T A N T - B I L L I N G
JOB TYPE - full time, VA role is 100% Work-from-Home
Required hours: 40 hours per week | Eastern Standard Time | Mon-Fri 9:00 AM-6:00 PM EST (can be scheduled to cover weekends, total is still 40 hours per week)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
In-charge/ will be trained in all aspects of billing cycle:
- Data entry on patient demographic and insurance information
- Collect missed information from order physicians
- Verify insurance and benefits
- Obtain pre-authorizations as required for procedures
- Review claims for accuracy before billing
- Electronic billing, paper billing, and rebill claims
- Posting payments
- Keep in contact with the responsible parties involved as to payments due and the status of their accounts.
- Interpret EOB and correct denials of claims
- Research on denied claims
- Appeal or modify claims according to insurance guidelines
- Customer Service skills to answer clients’ billing questions
- Write narrative comment/report on account
- Call insurance companies regarding any discrepancy in payments if necessary
*Focus on one or the above responsibilities after training
- Backup cover for other staff if necessary
- May switch to be responsible for the whole billing cycle on one specific client
- Participate in specific billing project assigned

SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a virtual assistant in the healthcare industry/BPO Healthcare accounts
- Solid experience in cold calling
- Has basic knowledge of medical devices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills | High English Proficiency
- A high attention to detail due to the volume of contacts across platforms
- Strong Interpersonal Skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with patients, teammates, healthcare professionals, and sales team
- Consistently meet and attain required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to resolve patient concerns
- Proficient with MS Office and the ability to navigate multiple platforms
- Ability to adapt quickly and learn Company's services provided to the customers

2). VA - M E D I C A L C U S T O M E R S E R V I C E
Preferably with a background in medical assistance and an understanding of laboratory work orders and reports. Knowledge of US phlebotomy practices is highly desirable. The ideal candidate must be proficient in computer-based medical skills, capable of efficiently managing administrative tasks, and adaptable to new technologies.

Customer Interaction:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other platforms.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain immaculate phone etiquette and thorough interpersonal skills.
Administrative Support:
- Manage and organize lab work orders and reports.
- Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping.
- Balance multiple tasks efficiently while staying organized.
Technical Proficiency:
- Utilize computer-based medical systems for various administrative tasks.
- Adapt to new software and technologies as needed.
- Assist with other duties as assigned to support the team.

Qualifications:
- Background as a Medical Assistant, with a solid understanding of lab work orders and reports.
- Proficiency in computer-based medical skills and administrative task management.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Immaculate phone etiquette.
- Ability to balance multiple tasks effectively.

3). VA - C L I N I C A L L A B I T S P E C I A L I S T
Position Overview: The ideal candidate should have a strong background in both IT and clinical laboratory science, ensuring seamless operation and integration of the Laboratory Information System (LIS) and associated technologies.

JOB TYPE - full time, 100% Work-from-Home ( Contract - 6 months)
Required hours: 40 hours per week | Eastern Standard Time

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• LIS Administration and Management:
o Administer and maintain the Laboratory Information System (LIS).
o Understand and manage clinical lab terminologies, test menus, and lab report formats.
o Oversee LIS internal data workflows, including data generation, translation, setup, and administration.
o Manage LIS interfaces with lab equipment and other data sources.
o Facilitate LIS data exchange with external sources and destinations, with a strong grasp of HL7 standards.
o Utilize commercial tools (e.g., Mirth) and scripting languages (JavaScript, Python) to manage data workflows.

• Network System Administration:
o Set up and administer internet/intranet systems.
o Implement and manage security systems.
• Office Software and Automation:
o Set up and administer PC systems.
o Manage Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
o Oversee office print/scan/fax/email applications.

Education Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Clinical Lab Science, or a related field.

Key Skills:
• Proficiency in PC/Data/Clinical Lab management
• Strong understanding of LIS applications and administration
• Expertise in network system setup and administration
• Competency with office software and automation

Qualifications:
• In-depth knowledge of laboratory information systems and clinical laboratory workflows.
• Proficiency in network and security system administration.
• Advanced skills in office software and automation, including macros.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
